I’m a broad-skilled, self-starter who transitioned from performing to the corporate world with over 20 years experience in creative, management and training sectors.

Even before being diagnosed with ADHD and Autism in my late 30s - I was using my neurodivergent thinking to bring fresh ideas and lead change.

My key area of expertise lies in a digital data driven approach to leading and developing training provisions.  Experienced in leading teams using effective technological solutions to monitor metrics/insights. Other skills include project management, troubleshooting, devising systems & processes and creative critical thinking.
